1. Our Commitment to You

At Legacy Customs, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality custom apparel, exceptional service, and a smooth, reliable experience from start to finish. Every customer is valued, every order matters, and every design receives the same attention to detail—because your vision becomes part of our legacy.

2. Communication & Support

Customer Support Hours:
Monday–Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. Communication may be made through:

  • Email

  • Phone

  • Text

  • Social media messaging

  • In-person consultations (by appointment)

Legacy Customs will keep customers updated at key points of the order process, including design approval, production timing, and pick-up/shipping details.

3. Ordering & Approval

To ensure accuracy and satisfaction:

  • Customers must review and approve all digital mock-ups before production.

  • No changes may be made once the design is approved and production has begun.

  • Orders must include confirmed sizes, colors, quantities, and artwork.

  • A 50% deposit (or full payment depending on order type) is required to start production.

4. Turnaround Time

Typical production time is 3–7 business days, depending on order size and complexity.
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

Legacy Customs is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Late customer approval

  • Supplier shortages

  • Acts beyond our control (shipping delays, weather, etc.)

5. Quality Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our printing, materials, and craftsmanship.
If there is an error made by Legacy Customs, we will remake or correct the item promptly.

Quality Guarantee Does NOT Cover:

  • Incorrect sizes submitted by the customer

  • Color variations due to screen vs. print differences

  • Wear and tear after use

  • Design mistakes that were approved during mock-up review

6. Customer-Supplied Apparel

If customers choose to bring their own garments:

  • Legacy Customs is not responsible for damage during printing.

  • Replacement garments cannot be provided for customer-supplied items.

  • Items must be new, unwashed, and suitable for printing.

7. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All custom orders are non-refundable once production starts.

  • No refunds are given for completed custom items.

  • If Legacy Customs is at fault, we will correct or replace the item.

  • Final payment is required at pick-up or before shipping.

Accepted payments: cash, card, online invoice, or approved digital payment methods.

8. Changes, Cancellations & Reprints

  • Orders canceled before mock-up approval may receive a refund minus design fees.

  • Orders canceled after approval but before production may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Reprints due to customer changes or errors will be charged at full price.

9. Pick-Up & Shipping

Customers will be notified when their order is ready.

  • Orders not picked up within 30 days may be donated or disposed of.

  • Shipping is available at an additional cost.

  • Legacy Customs is not responsible for shipping delays once the package is with the carrier.

10. Privacy & Artwork Protection

Legacy Customs respects your privacy and protects your artwork.

  • Customer designs will not be shared or reproduced without permission.

  • Legacy Customs reserves the right to showcase finished products for portfolio or promotional use unless requested otherwise in writing.

Legacy Customs does not sell, trade, or rent personal information to any third party.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use customer information solely for business-related purposes, including:

  • Processing and fulfilling custom apparel orders

  • Contacting customers about order updates or questions

  • Providing quotes, invoices, and receipts

  • Improving services and customer experience

  • Internal record keeping and order tracking

  • Marketing or promotional communication (only with customer consent)

3. Data Security & Protection

Legacy Customs takes your privacy seriously. We implement strong measures to protect your information, including:

  • Secure payment processing through trusted third-party platforms

  • Restricted access to customer information

  • Encrypted digital storage when applicable

  • Regular security checks to prevent unauthorized access

Although we work hard to protect your data, no method of digital transmission is 100% guaranteed. If a breach is suspected, customers will be notified promptly.

4. Confidentiality of Customer Artwork

Your designs, logos, and creative files are protected.

  • Legacy Customs will never share, resell, or reproduce customer artwork without written permission.

  • Artwork is used only for the purpose of creating your order.

  • Customers may request deletion of their artwork files at any time after the order is complete.

Legacy Customs may showcase completed products on social media or marketing materials only unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Physical Shop Safety Policy

We are committed to maintaining a safe and professional environment for all customers and team members.

General Safety Standards

  • All print equipment is operated by trained staff only.

  • Safety signage and protective controls are maintained around equipment areas.

  • Hazardous materials (inks, chemicals, cleaning supplies) are stored safely and handled responsibly.

Customer Safety On-Site

  • Customers must remain in designated areas for their protection.

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

  • Customers may not operate or handle machinery.

Employee Safety

  • Staff are trained in proper equipment handling and safety procedures.

  • PPE (gloves, masks, etc.) is used when needed.

  • Emergency exits are clearly marked and accessible.

6. Payment Safety & Fraud Prevention

To ensure secure transactions:

  • Payments are processed through certified, encrypted systems.

  • Legacy Customs does not store full credit card numbers.

  • Suspicious or fraudulent orders may be canceled or require additional verification.

7. Customer Rights

Customers have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we have collected

  • Ask for corrections to any inaccurate information

  • Request that their information be deleted (except when required for legal or business records)

  • Opt out of marketing messages at any time

Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

“Legacy Customs,” “we,” “us,” “our” – refers to the custom apparel print shop.
“Customer,” “you,” “your” – refers to any individual or business placing an order or using our services.
“Custom Order” – any item produced based on customer design, artwork, sizes, colors, or specifications.

2. Ordering Process

  • Orders must include all required details: sizes, colors, quantities, artwork, and deadlines.

  • A 50% deposit (or full payment depending on order type) is required before any design, setup, or production begins.

  • No order is considered active until payment is received and design proof is approved.

Legacy Customs reserves the right to decline any order that contains offensive, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission.

3. Design Approval (Proofing)

Before production, customers will receive a digital proof/mock-up.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving:

  • Spelling

  • Colors

  • Placements

  • Design details

  • Sizes and quantities

Once the proof is approved, no changes can be made, and Legacy Customs is not responsible for errors that were approved.

4. Turnaround Time

Standard production time: 3–7 business days after design approval and payment.
This timeframe may vary depending on order size, complexity, or material availability.

Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee.

Legacy Customs is NOT liable for delays caused by:

  • Late customer approvals

  • Supplier issues

  • Weather, shipping carriers, or external factors

5. Payment Terms

  • Deposits are non-refundable once artwork or materials have been prepared.

  • All balances must be paid upon pickup or prior to shipping.

  • Failure to pay remaining balance may result in withheld orders or legal action.

Accepted payment methods include cash, card, invoice payment, or digital payment platforms approved by Legacy Customs.

6. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Because all products are custom-made:

All sales are final. No refunds are issued once production has started.

Refunds or remakes will only be issued if Legacy Customs makes an error that violates the approved mock-up.

Cancellations:

  • Orders canceled before design work begins may receive a refund minus design fees.

  • Orders canceled after design approval may be subject to additional cancellation fees.

Legacy Customs is not responsible for:

  • Customer-submitted wrong sizes

  • Color differences between digital screens and physical materials

  • Wear and tear from normal use

7. Customer-Supplied Garments

If customers provide their own items for printing:

  • Legacy Customs is not liable for damage, misprints, dye reactions, shrinking, or results outside our control.

  • If damage occurs, replacement garments will not be provided.

  • Items must be new, unwashed, and suitable for printing.

8. Artwork Ownership & Usage

Customers must own or have permission to use any artwork submitted.

By submitting artwork, the customer confirms:

  • They have the legal right to use the design.

  • They grant Legacy Customs permission to reproduce the artwork solely for the order.

Legacy Customs may use photos of completed work for marketing unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.

9. Product Variations

Slight variations may occur due to:

  • Brand dye lots

  • Material differences

  • Screen/DTF/HTV color variations

  • Manual placement differences

These minor variations do not qualify as defects.

10. Shipping & Pickup

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Legacy Customs is not responsible for shipping delays or damages once packages are with the carrier.

  • Orders not picked up within 30 days may be donated or disposed of.

11. Warranty & Quality Guarantee

Legacy Customs guarantees its craftsmanship.
If an error is due to our production, we will fix or replace the item at no cost.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Improper care (washing/drying issues)

  • Wear and tear

  • Customer-provided mistakes

12. Limitation of Liability

Legacy Customs is not liable for:

  • Loss of profits

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Delays caused by external factors

  • Loss of customer-supplied garments

Total liability will never exceed the amount paid for the order.

13. Privacy

Customer information is protected according to our Privacy & Safety Policy.
We do not sell or share your personal data.

14. Policy Updates

Legacy Customs may update these Terms at any time.
The most current version will always apply to future orders.
